Meanings as a strategic resource for the development of humans, society and the state
The problem of "meanings" is one of the main tasks of searching for strategies for the formation of a multipolar world, resources and regulators of modern civilizational development. The result of the panel session will be the creation of a permanent platform for discussing humanitarian issues of strategic development at the highest international and public level on the basis of the World Peoples Assembly.
