Panel Discussion

Humanitarian modernization — an imperative for the development of modern civilization

  • /

The formation of a multipolar world is a complex and long-term process characterized by complex interactions. As Alexandra Ochirova, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador and author of the concept of humanitarian modernization, notes, "in this process, issues of identity, subjectivity of all states, cultures and peoples, as well as all humanity as a whole, will acquire special significance. In this regard, an important role should be played by the basic principles of the scientific and value-based approach to the world and man, as well as such areas as science, culture and education, which are key in the formation of both individual and collective consciousness, mentality and identity of people."

The world needs humanitarian modernization as a preventive measure to form evidence-based dialogue platforms, understand modern civilization and its development, establish a new world order without violating the naturally formed diversity of development and ensuring further equal interaction of all cultures and peoples as a single subject of humanity.
